1 General Guidelines

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the l89s platform and all its services. By registering on l89s or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration

3 Eligibility and Age Limit

To open an account and use services on l89s, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You are using this service voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not located in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and aware of the consequences of your actions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus will be automatically added to the account after the qualifying first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, they must first be wagered a specified number of times. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (deposit + bonus). For example, if you deposit ৳2,000 and receive a ৳3,000 bonus, the bonus becomes withdrawable after completing bets totalling ৳5,000 × 15 = ৳75,000.

5.3 Promotion Terms

• One promotion cannot be combined with another at the same time unless explicitly stated.

5.4 VIP Program

The l89s VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and contributions to the platform. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9% and Platinum up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6 Fair Play Policy

l89s is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are developed by recognized and trusted game providers who ensure the randomness and fairness of their games.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of fraud, hacking or software manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software or scripts.
• Exploiting bonuses or creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to exploit the system.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets must be settled before account closure, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

• Violation of the Terms.

7.3 Policy During Suspension

While an account is suspended, all transactions, deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily halted. If the account is cleared following an investigation, any eligible balance from the suspension period will be returned.
